Your mission

• Entry of customer orders
• Contact with customers, integrators and carriers at home and abroad.
• Communicating with couriers by phone and within the application environment.
• Notification of shipments.
• Control and post-processing of standard processes.
• Reporting and invoicing.
• Handling customer complaints by e-mail and telephone.

Your profile

• Commercial work experience in logistics may be a plus, but it is not a must-have: If you’re looking for a career change, your still welcome!
• Willingness to work shifts between 06.00h and 22.00h.
• You are well organized and don’t lose focus, even in difficult situations.
• Fluent Dutch and good English are required (German is an advantage).
• You are proficient in MS Office applications.
